Learning how to take judgment away from yourself can be difficult. But it is needed in many of our lives, especially as females. Think about some of the thoughts that you may negativity tell yourself? Would you ever tell those thoughts to your best friend? Probably not. Treat YOURSELF how you treat others. BE your own biggest cheerleader.
I really feel strongly about this, in regards to many areas of a females life. If we aren’t treating ourselves with the utmost respect and awesomeness, how can we expect other people will treat us like this? Our mental state begins with our own self talk. What we say to ourselves is what you start to believe about yourself. So be KIND to yourself and be SUPPORTIVE of yourself. Set yourself up for success by thinking of yourself as your best friend. You wouldn’t say nasty things to her, so don’t say nasty things to yourself.
