This is a wonderful starter program before determining if individual nutrition counseling or carb cycling is the right fit for you. Or, this is a great re-start program, if you've fallen off track and are ready to learn how to make changes in your life. I look forward to working with you!
More About the Intensive
During week one, we will use a food tracking app to learn exactly what you are eating and what the nutrients are in those foods. You will receive macronutrient education during this week and learn what the recommended percentages of macronutrients. You will also learn how to not focus on the calories and ONLY focus on the macros.
In week two, we will ditch the tracking app and utilize a daily food/mood worksheet. In this week, you will get real and raw with yourself. Honestly about your food choices and how your emotions surround the choices can be really eye opening.
And finally in week three, I will provide you with a sample week from my carb cycling program. During this week you will receive all carb counts and workouts for each day and learn the basics for why carb cycling helps burn fat. This will provide a nice sneak peek into my full six week carb cycling program.
