In the spirit of November being a month of Thanksgiving, Lindsey and I decided that introducing you to fellow WAHpreneurs was the perfect theme for our series this month. We are thankful for these ladies, their inspiration and guidance when needed, and the overall awesomeness they bring to the WAHpreneur space. I hope you enjoy learning about some of my favorite WAHmoms!!
First up, my series partner, Lindsey of Nutrition to Fit! I LOVE watching Lindsey’s Instastories, seeing her grow as a first time mom, oogling all her delicious recipes, and so much more about this fantastic fellow dietitian lady! One of my favorite posts written by Lindsey is It’s Okay When All Foods Don’t Fit.
Meeting Lindsey was made possible because we’re both in Nicole Culver’s Blogger to Business Group… anddd my next WAHmom feature! I’ve known Nicole for YEARS, back when blogging was way different than it is today. She has made a name for herself teaching others how to make their blogs profitable without selling out. Pageviews are out; relationships are in. Nicole’s support group is THE best business group I’ve been a part of. She also has a free community you can join to start building relationships now.
Some more nutrition love is going out to Mary Ellen of Milk and Honey Nutrition who makes the most drool worthy food! Seriously, go check out her instagram and try not to get hungry. I love watching her Instastories as well – her little girls crack me up! You may also remember Mary Ellen’s name from the Essential Oils Recipe Round-Up post that linked some of her amazing recipes!
Next up are Kristen and Kelli, a dynamic duo who make up The Biz Runners. I’ve known Kristen for YEARS in the online space as well, and it’s been so fun to get to know Kelli too. These two woman are amazing moms (they both have two kiddos), are inspirational runners, and now jointly run The Biz Runners – as Virtual Assistants AND training aspiring WAHs to be Virtual Assistants. I highly recommend that you go follow them on Facebook and really consider if becoming a VA might be a fit for your WAHmom meets! Seriously!
Anddd speaking of VA’s, last but not least, I have to give a HUGE shout out to my personal Virtual Assistants, Ellen and Holly. Ellen is my sister and handles more of BAMR Bands admin/invoicing/instagram needs. And Holly helps with everything over here on Katie Heddleston. Her new business name, Your Remote Right Hand, is TRULY what she is for me and she’s totally invaluable.
All these business ladies and moms truly inspire me and I’m so thankful that they’re in my life!!
