Time for another workout Wednesday! Short on time? Try this fast and effective circuit workout!
Set an interval timer for 30 seconds work with 10 seconds rest. (I use the app Bit Timer.) Complete each circuit 3 times taking 1-3 minutes rest between circuits.
Burpees, bodyweight squats, pushups
High knees, dumbbell front raise to lateral raise, plank taps
X jumps, dumbbells swings, russian twists
